Sage Springs Club

Sage Springs Club will be operating under restricted services and hours of operation. Social distancing of 6-feet between guests is paramount for the safety of both guests and associates.

CLUB OPERATIONS

  • Open daily 9:30am–6:00pm
  • Club access is limited to 12 guests at any given time, an additional 20 guest on the racquet court at any given time, and an additional 3 guests in the pool at any given time
  • Masks are required at all times while in the facility, as well as on the racquet courts
  • Access is limited to cardio equipment, strength equipment, racquet courts, lap pool, fitness classes and one-on-one personal training
  • Access to the Club is available by reservation only
  • Reservations must be made in advance by calling the Sage Springs Club Desk at 541-593-7891
  • Reservations will be available for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or a maximum of 90 minutes
  • Guest fitness reservation booking window will be 3 days
  • Guest lap pool reservation booking windows will be day of
  • The Sage Springs Front Desk will be staffed daily. Guests are encouraged to leave a voicemail in the event we are on the other line. We will prioritize your reservation and return your call promptly
  • Cash transactions are suspended

GUEST SCREENING

  • We ask that you remain aware and considerate of others as you enjoy the Club amenities.
  • Have you had a new or worsening cough?
  • Have you had a fever?
  • Have you had shortness of breath?
  • Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
  • Have you had a new or recent loss of smell or taste?
  • If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions we ask that you remain home and wait to return to the Club until all symptoms have been resolved for at least 72 hours without medication, or at least 14 days after contact with a person with a cough, fever, or diagnosed with COVID-19.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

  • Lobby access is limited to 4 people at any given time. Please remain outside the front entry doors while maintaining a 6-foot social distance until you are able to move forward in line
  • Guests are required to check-in at the Front Desk.

DURING YOUR VISIT

  • Social Distancing guidelines must be followed throughout your visit
  • As of July 1, 2020 the State of Oregon requires face coverings in all public indoor areas.
  • Self-serve water and water fountains will not be available, please bring your own
  • Bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, and mats will not be available
  • Lockers will be assigned if needed and disinfected after each use
  • Guests are required to use the provided Athletic Wipes before and after touching each piece of equipment used
  • The shower stalls, steam rooms, and back stair well are currently closed
  • Only 1 person is allowed on the stairs at any given time
  • Cardio and strength equipment have been rearranged to create a 6 foot social distance between each station
  • Workout stations have been taped off with a blue boarder surrounding each station. Only one Guest is allowed in each station at any given time and all workouts must take place in the blue border

SAFETY AND SANITATION STANDARDS

  • All associates and guests will be required to maintain a social distance of 6-feet
  • All associates are required to wear masks
  • All associates will adhere to CDC recommended hand washing and social distancing guidelines
  • Sanitation stations are located throughout the Club
  • Physical distancing markers have been placed on the floor throughout the lobby encouraging 6-feet of distance between each guest
  • A Plexiglas partition has been added to the Front Desk
  • High touch areas will be frequently disinfected throughout the day including door handles, counter tops, bathroom fixtures, fitness equipment, etc
  • Club entry will be staffed
  • Disinfectant sprayers will be used on all fitness equipment hourly.
  • Lockers will be disinfected after each use
  • The Club will adhere to its comprehensive cleanliness standards and will continue to use cleaning products that are approved for use by the
  • EPA and proven to be effective against viruses, bacterial and other airborne pathogens.

RACQUET COURTS

  • Reservations are required
  • The State of Oregon requires face coverings in all indoor areas
  • Reservations must be made in advance by calling the Sage Springs Club Desk at 541-593-7891
  • Guest racquet court reservation booking window will be 3 days
  • Doubles tennis or pickleball play is permitted on the indoor courts
  • Players should arrive at their scheduled reservation time and must leave thefacility after their round or after use of the locker room
  • Score tenders will be removed from the courts to prevent touching
  • People should stay at least six feet apart to maintain social distancing
  • Players are asked to stay on their side of the court and avoid changing ends
  • Players are required to mark and use their own ball, and not share equipment
  • Please use your racquet or foot to push balls back to your opponent to avoid using hands and touching the balls
  • Balls are available for pick up at the Sage Springs Front Desk
  • They will be sanitized after each use, and held for 24 hours before being recirculated into play
  • All rental equipment will be disinfected after each use.
