  • WHITNEY

    After playing tennis for many years, Whitney discovered pickleball in 2020 and never played tennis again. A frequent tournament and league player, she loves playing both for recreational fun and for competition. Whitney is an IPTPA Level I Certified Pickleball Instructor who loves introducing people to the sport.

  • LOU

    Lou has been an IPTPA Level II Certified Pickleball Instructor since 2016. He is a Team Selkirk-sponsored player with a USAPA 5.0 tournament rating for mixed doubles. Lou's specialty is teaching beginner-level through 4.0-rated players. Lou played tennis for many years before pickleball and was a Division I college baseball player.

    Carol is a certified instructor with the Professional Pickleball Registry, which is the certifying agency associated with USA Pickleball. She is an active 4.5 tournament player. She teaches beginners through 4.0 players, with an emphasis on fundamentals, strategy and ball machine drills. Carol played open division racquetball for many years prior to discovering pickleball.

    Jen has been competing in sports her entire life, and has completed degrees in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology, as well as earning an IPTPA Level II Instructor Certification. She regularly participates in pickleball tournaments throughout the northwest. Teaching others to learn pickleball and improve their skills at Sage Springs is a dream come true!
