SLOW FLOW YOGA

Our Slow Flow Yoga class is perfect for yogis of all levels. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you practice every day, our slow flow class will challenge you by having you slow down. Our instructor will use mild, slower-paced stretches that are ideal for those seeking restoration and relaxation as well as recovery from sports, activities, and/or injury.
PILATES REFORMER

Using the Reformer during a Pilates class offers the unique combination of both support and instability to challenge strength, balance and flexibility. Pilates is an exercise system that teaches control, stability and balance through conscious movement awareness. It is a comprehensive mind-body approach that will change your body and your life!
WATER FITNESS

Jump in and join us for a fun full-body workout in the pool! Improve your flexibility and cardio fitness, while strengthening and toning muscles. Workout at your own intensity level and increase as you go, while using the water's resistance.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT
WEDNESDAYS | 9:30am - 10:15am
Practice the art of self-care and the science of sports recovery. Bring your muscle and/or joint aches, pains, and issues to the weekly Mindful Movement class, as we work together to reduce pain with this very low impact method of re-balancing your nervous system and hydrating your connective tissue.
HATHA FLOW YOGA

Our Hatha Flow Yoga Class is a classic well-rounded, fundamental practice. This class is moderately paced and incorporates breath work and a variety of asanas (postures) that will help align and strengthen your mind and body and promote mobility.
ENERGIZED MAT PILATES

Improve core strength and flexibility in this 60-minute energizing mat Pilates class. This workout is designed to stretch and strengthen overused and often neglected muscles, as well as to improve body posture and efficiency. Create a stronger, more flexible spine and core. Upbeat, energetic, challenging, and fun!
