NATURE YOGA
MONDAY-SATURDAY | 11:00am - 12:00pm
Join us for this relaxing and energizing yoga class in one of our breathtaking lawns around the resort. These classes are All-levels Hatha flow. Location details will be provided during reservation. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to class as well as a water bottle to stay hydrated.

SUP YOGA
MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAY through SATURDAY | 4:00pm - 6:00pm | $50 per person/per class 
This yoga session on a stand-up paddleboard will challenge and delight you and become the highlight of your summer vacation.  Stand Up Board, paddle and lifejacket all included. Please bring your own towel, sunscreen and water bottle. Three person minimum for this class to run | Located at the Sunriver Marina.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
MONDAYS | 8:15am - 9:15am
Our Slow Flow Yoga class is perfect yogis of all levels. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you practice every day, our slow flow class will challenge you by having you slow down. Our instructor will use mild, slower-paced stretches that are ideal for those seeking restoration and relaxation as well as recovery from sports, activities and/or injury.

YOGALATES
TUESDAYS | 8:15am - 9:15am

Harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices. This class combines the strength building elements of Pilates with the stretching elements of Yoga all in one hour. Strengthen, lengthen, tone.

Our Hatha Flow Yoga Class is a classic well-rounded, fundamental practice. This class is moderately paced and incorporates breath work and a variety of asanas (postures) that will help align and strengthen your mind and body and promote mobility.

ENERGIZED MAT PILATES

Improve core strength and flexibility in this 60-minute energizing mat Pilates class. This workout is designed to stretch and strengthen overused and often neglected muscles, as well as to improve body posture and efficiency. Create a stronger, more flexible spine and core. Upbeat, energetic, challenging and fun!

Combine yoga, core work, and mobility drills in this 60 minute, athletic yoga class. Develop body awareness to keep your body healthy, prevent injury, and optimize your performance. This class is appropriate for athletes, desk sitters, tight bodies, cross fitters, and those with no prior yoga experience.
