Aqua Fitness at the Cove

AQUA FITNESS
THURSDAYS* | 10:00 am | 50 minutes
Please arrive at the Cove at 10:00 am, the class will begin at 10:05 am

Join us at the Cove for a fun Aqua Fitness class! With little to no impact on your joints, water exercise improves your cardio fitness while strengthening and toning muscles. By using water’s resistance, you get to work out at your own intensity level and increase as you go.

• Open to Resort Guests only.
• All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
• Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable swimwear for this class.
• Towels are provided at the Cove.

After your practice, kick back and relax while you enjoy a beer or cocktail from our full-service bar, or enjoy an early lunch from the Spotted Frog Café.
