Event Safety & Hygiene Guidelines

The health and wellbeing of guests and staff is our top priority. Sunriver Resort has taken the following steps to enhance your health and safety:

CLEANING AND DISINFECTING

  • Employees to disinfect tables and all guest touchpoints before and after guest seating and in between sessions
  • Hand sanitizing stations at each entrance to the building and meeting rooms
  • Posted safety and hygiene signs for guests throughout the venue
  • All vendors are required to adhere to Resort guidelines

SET UP

  • A maximum of 100 people indoors and 150 people outdoors, with physical distancing is allowed
  • Seating capacities and floor plans will be reviewed on an event by event basis to ensure appropriate physical distancing
  • Tables will be set 6-feet apart
  • All linen, including underlay, will be replaced after each use
  • Entrance and exit designated for each room and flow of the room to be marked
  • Physical distancing signs posted throughout the venue

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE

  • Buffets will be offered as self-service, with a sanitation station and gloves available to guests at the head of each buffet line.  Masks are required for all guests going through buffet lines
  • Coffee and beverage stations will be offered on a self-service basis, with sanitizer and single use condiments present at all stations
  • Dining tables will be free of china, glassware, salt, pepper and condiments
  • China, glassware, salt, pepper and condiments will be offered after the guest is seated
  • Silverware will be offered in cloth napkin roll-ups
  • Individual water bottles will be offered in lieu of self-serve water dispensers
  • Self service water stations will be placed in meeting rooms, with sanitizer stations. Individual water bottles shall also be offered for purchase, in lieu of self-serve water dispensers.
  • Break items will be individually packaged.
  • Cash and Credit cards are both accepted at points of sale. Pens are sanitized after each use.
  • Guests to maintain 6-feet apart when ordering from the bar, buffets or beverage stations
  • Tongs will be used for garnishing drinks

AUDIO VISUAL

  • AVMS will provide continuous cleaning methods for all electronics, microphones, screens, monitors, audio reproduction and recording equipment, projectors, switchers, and all laptop rentals. Our continuous cleaning efforts will consist of sanitation of all equipment used for each client usage, ensuring all products meet CDC recommended processes for each and every event.
