LODGE VILLAGE
A home-away-from-home located between The Lodge at Sunriver Resort and the Cove Aquatic Center. Each room is accessed straight from the outdoors and features a cozy fireplace, outdoor space and spectacular views.
When it comes to honoring traditions, we take great pride in celebrating the things that make Sunriver Resort special. That’s why when so many of our guests continually shared their affinity for the tavern that has been part of our lodge since 1969, it felt fitting to return it to its rightful namesake — the Owl’s Nest.
At the same time, we believe it’s important to cultivate and inspire innovation and fresh perspective. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Joshua Hedrick, Lodge Kitchen (formerly Carson’s American Kitchen) is doing just that. Reimagined as a place where creativity, learning, and community are celebrated, Lodge Kitchen is giving aspiring chefs an opportunity to grow and thrive through its new apprenticeship program with the American Culinary Federation.
When you dine with us, you will find that the menu at Lodge Kitchen changes with the season. It also features flavorful, well-balanced dishes that are meant to inspire repeat visits. We know that creating memorable experiences means paying attention to the details — from how we dry age beef and make our house-made pastries, to our sourcing of the freshest ingredients from local and regional purveyors. Our intention is to delight and satisfy your palate while demonstrating our commitment to the environment.
New names aside, the Owl’s Nest and Lodge Kitchen will remain as you’ve come to expect — a place for gathering. Whether you want to fuel your adventures or recount memories made at Sunriver, you’re invited to come as you are and connect with neighbors, family, and friends. We look forward to your visit!
