At the same time, we believe it’s important to cultivate and inspire innovation and fresh perspective. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Joshua Hedrick, Lodge Kitchen (formerly Carson’s American Kitchen) is doing just that. Reimagined as a place where creativity, learning, and community are celebrated, Lodge Kitchen is giving aspiring chefs an opportunity to grow and thrive through its new apprenticeship program with the American Culinary Federation.
When you dine with us, you will find that the menu at Lodge Kitchen changes with the season. It also features flavorful, well-balanced dishes that are meant to inspire repeat visits.
