Slow Flow Yoga | 8:15am - 9:15am
Our Slow Flow Yoga class is perfect yogis of all levels. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you practice every day, our slow flow class will challenge you by slowing down. Our instructor will use mild, slower-paced stretches that are ideal for those seeking restoration and relaxation as well as recovery from sports, activities and or injury.
Yogalates | 8:15am - 9:15am
Harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices. This class combines the strength building elements of Pilates with the stretching elements of Yoga all in one hour. Strengthen, lengthen, tone.

Hatha Flow Yoga | 8:15am - 9:15am
Our Hatha Flow Yoga Class is a classic well-rounded, fundamental practice. This class is moderately paced and incorporates breath work and a variety of asanas (postures) that will help align, promote mobility, and strengthen your mind and body.
Sports Yoga | 8:15am - 9:15am
This class is a terrific addition for all athletes and yogis alike but the focus will be on sports conditioning specifically for golfers and tennis players. We will alternate weekly between Yoga for Golfers and Yoga for Tennis Players. Yoga for Golf During class you will strengthen your mind, body and increase your mobility by incorporating poses to improve your swing rotation, stretch and strengthen muscles that are specifically used while playing golf, develop breath awareness and improve your sense of balance. Yoga for Tennis Our Yoga for Tennis class has been designed to help strengthen the primary muscles used while playing tennis. This yoga practice promotes muscular balance that is crucial for tennis players. We will pay particular attention to strengthening the non-dominant side and recovering the dominant side to bring your whole body back into balance.
Yogafit | 10:00am - 11:00am
Combine yoga, core work, and mobility drills in this 60 minute, athletic yoga class. Develop body awareness to keep your body healthy, prevent injury, and optimize your performance. This class is appropriate for athletes, desk sitters, tight bodies, cross fitters, and those with no prior yoga experience.
